01 Who we are
Raven Digital is a marketing consultancy based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We build GoHighLevel systems and run Meta advertising for service businesses. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Raven Digital; “you” means anyone who visits our site, enquires, books a call, subscribes, or becomes a client.
We are the data controller for the information described here. If you are our client, note that we also process information on your behalf as a service provider — that relationship is governed by your engagement agreement rather than by this policy.
02 What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form, book a call or message us.
- Business details you choose to share — your website, ad accounts, budgets, industry and what you are trying to fix.
- The content of your messages to us by email, WhatsApp, SMS or Messenger.
- Answers you give in tools we offer, such as the Meta Ads Strategy Builder.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type.
- Which pages you visited, what you clicked, and when.
- The site or advert that referred you to us.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or account passwords. If you need to share credentials for work we are doing, use the platform's own delegated access rather than sending us a password.
03 How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To deliver the audit, plan or services you asked for.
- To follow up about a conversation we have already started, until you tell us to stop.
- To send you material you subscribed to, which you can leave at any time.
- To understand which pages and adverts work, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We rely on your consent where you gave it, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving a business you approached. We do not sell your information, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
04 SMS and messaging consent
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your booking, or updates you asked for. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- What we send: booking confirmations, reminders, replies to your enquiry, and — only if you opted in to it — occasional updates.
- How often: message frequency varies with your enquiry. Conversational replies are as needed; marketing messages are infrequent.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile network rather than by us.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
05 Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and to measure how it is used. Some are strictly necessary — they remember your session and keep forms functioning. Others are analytics and advertising cookies that help us see which pages and adverts bring people to us.
Where we use them, these may include Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our view of what is and is not working becomes guesswork. You can also opt out of Meta's advertising cookies through your Facebook ad preferences, and of Google Analytics through Google's own opt-out tools.
07 Advertising audiences
We advertise on Meta and may use its audience tools. That can mean showing adverts to people who have visited our site, or building audiences that resemble our existing enquirers. Where an email address is used for this, it is hashed before it reaches the platform.
If you would rather not be included, reply to any of our emails asking to be excluded, or adjust your advert preferences with the platform directly.
08 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement, and up to 5 years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it.
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Analytics: as set by the platform's own retention settings.
09 Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else.
10 Security
We keep your information inside reputable platforms protected by access controls and encryption in transit, we limit who can see it to those who need it, and we use delegated platform access rather than shared passwords wherever possible. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
11 Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12 International transfers
We are based in the Philippines, and the platforms we use store information on servers in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
13 Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
